Configuring Outlook Express
  1. Open up Outlook Express, find the Tools menu and click on Accounts.

  2. Click on the Mail tab; click the Add button, then select Mail from the menu.


  3. The Internet Connection Wizard will begin. First, enter your name as you would like it to appear on the emails that you send to people. Click Next.

  4. Enter your full Email address. Click Next.

  5. Select POP3 from the drop down menu.

  6. Enter your Incoming (POP3) server name.[If your email is hosted with PromarkDesigns.com your incoming mail server will be mail.yourdomain.com (Replace the yourdomain.com part with your actual domain name).]
  7. Enter your Outgoing (SMTP) mail server names. This will be whoever your internet service provider is, for example if your ISP is Shaw Cable you would put shawmail in as your outgoing mail server, or if your ISP is Telus, your outgoing mail server will be mail.telus.net
  8. Click Next.
  9. Next, you'll be asked to enter your email account information. Enter your Email Address in the Account Name field and the password that corresponds to the email address in the Password field.

  10. Click next.
  11. Click Finish and then Close and you're done!
