OUR STORY
Once upon a time... There was a young, eager Dan Pultz who had a dream to deliver a complete solution for network planning, implementation, service, support, maintenance and management for small to medium business in the Pittsburgh/Tri-State region. The road to actualizing that dream began almost 30 years ago when the young Dan started Chariot Leasing, Inc. (CLI). Dan perceived CLI's early need for automation, which led not only to automating his own business, but also to opening the doors in 1983 of a small fledgling computer firm. That early firm, initially focused on retail consumer products and services, grew and evolved with the exploding technology industry. In 1987 the computer firm moved to its present location and became Applied Business Computers, a name more suited to its new business to business focus. In 1994, the still eager (but not so young) Dan happened to cross paths with another eager and much younger Jason Galanter. The young Jason clearly shared Dan's energy and possessed the vision and technical ability to make Dan's dream a reality. NetTec Services. In 1999, Applied Business Computers consolidated and became NetTec Services. Today NetTec fulfills the dream by pioneering the integration of Managed, Technical, and Commercial Internet Services to provide 24/7 reliable networks and the technical expertise to monitor, manage, and fix them for small to medium sized business in Pittsburgh and the Western Pennsylvania/Tri State Region. |
