* CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE ~ ALL SALES ARE FINAL so please try our SAMPLES first as we have a NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES policy of any kind. We want your skin, hair, pets, and home happy and samples are the best way if you are in doubt about the aromas, textures, or how your skin and hair will react to our potent formulas. All returned products will be discarded due to health reasons and you forfeit your order.

* ONLINE ORDERING ~ our secure encrypted shopping cart is by Yahoo! Store who uses state of the art encryption coding for safe transfer of your private information. We do not store this sensitive information past 30 days. EVERY order must be entered through the shopping cart since it is tied in with our bookkeeping system to record every transaction.

* ORDERS ~ are filled within 1-2 days and ship within 2 business days of filling. However, it can take up to a full 10 business days to mail so please do not email inquiring about your order until that time span has elapsed. Minimum full size order is $15.00 with no limit to the number of sample types. Minimum sample order is 3 samples.

* SHIPPING ~ to the US ONLY by USPS Priority Mail ~ 2-3 day delivery for a flat rate of $6.00. To guarantee your order, we require a signature and additional $1.30 for confirmed delivery. If you waive your signature and the charge and your package is lost, we will not replace it.

* HEAVY SHIPPING CHARGES ~ heavy items which include 32 oz spray bottles, boxed powders, and large orders will be charged shipping based on actual weight. You can place your online order and upon receipt we will email you the details of these shipping charges.

* PAYMENTS ~ by Visa and MasterCard. Anna Botanica will appear on your credit card statement.

* DON'T WANT TO USE CREDIT CARD ONLINE ~ sorry, all orders and cards must be placed through the shopping cart for accounting purposes.

* SALES TAX ~ all Georgia residents will be charged 6% sales tax.

* CHANGE OF ADDRESS ~ must be given by email which we print or a note left in the comments box in the shopping cart since a change is so easy to overlook on the order, then we can update your records and the USPS mailing program. If you fail to notify us of your change of address through the two above mentioned methods and we happen to miss it on the order and accidentally send out your order to your old address, then a replacement order will NOT be sent out.

* DECLINED CARDS ~ cards with the authorization of "do not honor" will be charged a $15.00 service fee for each transaction, cards with the authorization of "pick-up card" are automatically turned over to Yahoo and law enforcement for investigation.

* FORGOTTEN PRODUCTS, INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, PRODUCT CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS ~ in an effort to expedite order processing time, we have automated many of our order processes and cannot make any changes to an order once it is finalized so check your order carefully! It is your responsibility as the customer to email us first with any questions before placing an order. Once you have hit the 'send order' button, we consider the sale final. If you enter an incorrect shipping address and you do not receive your order, we will NOT replace that order. YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BILL. If the USPS returns the package as undeliverable, then we will email you for authorization for additional postage to resend to the correct address.

* BACK ORDERS ~ we do not back order but ship everything that is in stock, if we happen to be out of a product you will not be charged, simply reorder with your next order.

* PROBLEM ORDERS ~ wrong product and leaks do happen from time to time and if this happens to you simply email me immediately with which the 'oopsie' is and I'll immediately send out a replacement. Don't bother returning, just enjoy or pass it along to a friend :).

* CONTACT US ~ by email since I'm usually in the lab and my computer is always on and I answer the "email ring" like a telephone ring, this way I can respond more quickly and you can print instructions if necessary. Emails with no Subject are automatically deleted due to the risk of passing along a computer virus. Lab hours are M-F from 10-5.

* SPECIALS ~ listed products are final and cannot be exchanged, switched, or combined with other specials or discounted products and will remain on special until supplies are exhausted.

* CATALOG ~ we do not offer a catalog or other brochures, all information may be obtained from our website. Please feel free to print for your personal use only.

* PRODUCTS ~ the highest quality obtainable made fresh in small batches, many certified organic and bio-dynamic ingredients, without water, artificial ingredients, and chemicals... the way Nature intended. Because we use natural ingredients with the least amount of processing, the texture, feel, and appearance of all products will vary...you may even find a bit of leaf or twig included at no additional charge :), the shelf life of our products is a conservative 6-9 months which refrigeration will extend, please store in a cool, dark, dry location away from light and heat, keep tightly capped.

* PRIVACY POLICY ~ Anna Botanica does NOT rent, share, sell, exchange or in any way divulge your personal and/or credit information to any one at any time for any reason. I don't like anyone doing this to me so I don't do it to you! "Your PRIVACY is Our PRIVILEGE".

* WHOLESALE, PRIVATE LABEL, AFFILIATES ~ Anna Botanica DOES NOT wholesale, private label, participate in affiliates, discount, or stock our products in any retail stores.

* TYPOS ~ Anna Botanica is not responsible for misprinted information or incorrectly printed prices. You will be charged the correct current price if a mistake is discovered, even if after the fact. If any information is worded in a misleading manner, this was not our intention. This is a one man business without corporate monies backing us.
