Naras Eechambadi is the Founder and CEO of Quaero. He is widely published and a frequent
speaker on the challenges facing companies as they attempt to leverage their investments
in CRM to produce tangible and measurable improvement in key business measures such as
lowered cost of customer acquisition, increased revenues and profitability per customer
and a lengthening of customer relationships through reduced churn and attrition. He also
advises clients and writes and speaks extensively in the areas of customer strategy and
marketing optimization. He is also the author of a forthcoming book on "Analytic CRM" to
be published in the Fall of 2003.
