1 head of cabbage
1 block of Velveeta cheese
3/4 cup of milk
butter crackers
salt and pepper to taste
Fry crushed crackers in butter until golden brown, set aside. Cut cabbage into bite size pieces and boil until tender. Spray cassarole dish with non stick spray and layer with crackers, make a layer of cabbage, then cheese along with about 4-5 tablespoons of butter salt and pepper to taste. Make another layer of cabbage, pour on milk and make another layer of crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 miniutes. Enjoy!
