60-Day Returns at My Solitaire
 
Diamond Engagement Rings, Diamonds, Jewelry and Watches at My Solitaire

My Solitaire's fine diamonds and timeless jewelry should meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are pleased to offer a sixty (60) day return policy on all purchases.

To return or exchange an item, simply:


1.Call My Solitaire customer service at (866) MYSOLITAIRE (697-6548) to obtain a return authorization number.

2. Complete the return form provided with the original packing materials.

3. Secure your item(s) and all the original packing materials, including My Solitaire return form, packing slip and the diamond certificate if appropriate, in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (the post office has these available if you do not).

4. Send the package by Fedex if the value of the items being returned is less than $500.  If the item being returned is more than $500 Priority Registered Mail is the safest way to ship high-value items as FedEx and UPS will not insure goods over $500. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. For returns of
over $500 from outside the
US, please contact a 3rd party insurance company to arrange coverage. Also request a return receipt to ensure the shipment is tracked.*

*My Solitaire is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.

5. Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area.

Please be careful: You should NOT write My Solitaire, jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites possible theft of the package.

Condition of Return

Returns are simple, but are subject to certain rules:

1. Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted for refund.

2. The item MUST be received at My Solitaire WITHIN SIXTY(60) DAYS from the date of shipment of the order from My Solitaire. Any items received after (sixty) 60 days from the shipment date will not be accepted for refund.

3. Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted for refund.

4.  If the item is a diamond, the original gemological laboratory certificate that was issued with the diamond needs to be returned as well. This is very important. The diamond certificate has a $200 replacement fee. If the certificate is not returned, the cost of replacing it will be charged.

5. If the item is a gift, it is important that the authorization number be written on the My Solitaire address label. As with any purchase, the gift recipient may exchange the item.

Additional Notes

1. In any case, the Ring you got from My Solitaire can not fit your size, please send it back to us within 30 days from the invoice date.  We will resize it approximately within 10-14 business days, and this service is absolutely free of charge* (*However, the customer has to absorb all the shipping charges except the resizing as a result of My Solitaire’s error).  As some of the designs' resizing may damage the rings, please contact 1-866-MYSOLITAIRE for resizing confirmation.

2. Custom or special orders, personalized and engraved items cannot be refunded unless there is an error on behalf of My Solitaire

3. My Solitaire will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance charges. My Solitaire will refund shipping and handling costs only if the return is a result of My Solitaire's error. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase.

Return Time

All requests will be processed after our laboratory inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately five to seven business days to process upon receipt of the item.

Again, please return every item WITHIN 60 DAYS FOLLOWING THE INVOICE DATE with all of its original materials. If you have any questions, contact one of our customer service representatives.
