Pricing

Due to the varied needs of outsourced helpdesk customers, it is not possible to provide one price that fits all. Pricing is established on a customer-by-customer basis. Factors that are used to establish price include:

  • Call volume
  • Time utilization
  • Special services and needs
  • Price measurement
    • Per minute
    • Per call
    • Per case
    • Per caller
    • Per end-user
  • Hours of operation
    • Standard hours, such as 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
    • 24-hour, 7-day service
