Due to the varied needs of outsourced helpdesk customers,
it is not possible to provide one price that fits all. Pricing
is established on a customer-by-customer basis. Factors that
are used to establish price include:
- Call volume
- Time utilization
- Special services and needs
- Price measurement
- Per minute
- Per call
- Per case
- Per caller
- Per end-user
- Hours of operation
- Standard hours, such as 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 24-hour, 7-day service
