Credit Card Processing Issues 9-20-2004 Our credit card processor reporting outages - if you have had credit card processing issues past couple of days, those are due to authorize.net experiencing DoS (Denial of Service) attacks on their network. Authorize.net is working to fortify their network. If you experience difficulty processing your credit card, please check out with INVOICE/CHECK payment option and then open a Support Ticket at our HELP DESK providing your contact telephone number and one of our Reps will call you to process your credit card over the phone. You can also try processing your credit card online - usually authorize.net comes back up within few minutes up to an hour from the time they experience DoS outage and bring their systems back online.   Payment Options We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Paypal and Money Orders or Checks or House Credits for Domain registration, renewals, transfers and hosting. At the checkout screen you will see a menu to choose a payment type Payments for hosting or domain registration with a check or money order are accepted. Please note if you are registering, renewing or transfering your domain name and choose to pay by check, your domain transaction will not be processed/finalized until your check clears. If paying by the check, the checkout screen will let you print an invoice with a remittance instructions. Paypal payments are processed real time and Paypal can be used to process domain registration as well as website hosting. Paypal E-Checks take several days to clear, so if you send a Paypal echeck for time sensitive transaction such as domain registration, please be aware that it will be processed only after the Paypal echeck clears.
