If I turn off my Community Chest is the money still there?
Yes, your money will remain in the Community Chest when you turn it on again. However, there is an option to move the CC icon to the bottom of the page so you don't need to turn it off.

Under the, My Community tab you will find the layout options for the Icon placement. Click on the, Manage Community Chest button. Under Display Options, click on the bubble next to Show below Message Table. Click on the Submit Changes button.
Can the money only be used at ezboard?
Yes, the money that you put into your Community Chest can only be spent on ezboard services.
What are the other features that I can purchase with the money?
Right now, you can only purchase Gold Community. But in the future we will be creating features that can use the Community Chest to purchase; features such as File Sharing and Storage Space for your images.
How long does it take for contributions to take effect?
Generally speaking, it can take up to 3 business days for your payment to be processed. Credit card payment and PayPal payments usually take 24-48 hours to process. Sending us a check or money order will take a little longer, about 7-10 days. If the allotted time has passed and your payment has not yet been applied, you can email us using this form from the support forums.
I have a Gold Community subscription. When am I able to renew?
With any Gold Community subscription you will be able to renew at any point 30 days or less prior to your expiration.
After we reach our goal and Gold benefits are applied - who will receive the ezSupporter icon?
The ezOp receives a complimentary ezSupporter membership and icon with Gold Community.
I have GOLD now, should I turn off Community Chest?
No, you can place it at the bottom and start saving up for renewals or other services to be offered later.
Can I receive a refund?
Our Terms of Use state that ezboard is not obligated to issue refunds, in part or in whole, for services. The only circumstances under which we will issue a refund would be a payment processing error (i.e. if a duplicate payment was processed) and the extra funds have not yet been donated to a community. Please contact us here if this is the case.
My payment has already been applied to an ezboard community. Can I transfer it to another community of my choice?
Any unapplied funds remaining in the community chest may be transferred to another community. The contributor of each donation must email their transfer request using our payment issue help form.
Can I make a Community Chest contribution without paying cash to ezboard?
Yes -- through the ezboard Metarewards program! In the Community Chest payment area you now have another payment option called "Take Offer". If you select that option you'll be taken to a page where there'll be a number of great offers that when completed will reward your community with complimentary contribution.
