Bill Wise
Chief Operating Officer
Bill Wise joined MaxOnline in July 2002 as Executive Vice President and
in September 2002 became Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Most
recently he was the Vice President of Business Strategy and Direct Marketing
for DoubleClick's North American Media Network. At DoubleClick, Mr. Wise
managed DoubleClick Direct, DoubleClick Media's direct marketing business.
Mr. Wise joined DoubleClick in 1997 and held several positions within
the company including Vice President of the DoubleClick US Networks, General
Manager of the Sonar Network and Director of Financial Planning & Investor
Relations. His experience also includes serving in the Audit and Business
Advisory practice with Arthur Andersen LLP.
Keith Kaplan 
President, Sales & Marketing
Keith Kaplan is responsible for overseeing MaxOnline sales and marketing.
Mr. Kaplan joined MaxOnline from TDI where he was a National Account Manager
for the Out-of-Home media division of CBS Broadcasting. Prior to joining
CBS, Mr. Kaplan served as Northeast Coast Division Manager of Paramount
Television for 5 years. Mr. Kaplan launched his career as a local account
executive for the Sports Channel, where he quickly worked his way up to
National Sales Manager. He graduated from The Newhouse School of Communications
at Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Television.
Lee Hoffman
Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Lee Hoffman is responsible for overseeing East Coast and MidWest Sales
at MaxOnline. Mr. Hoffman joined MaxOnline as a Strategic Account Manager
in 1998 from Marlin Entertainment where he was an Account Executive representing
national cable networks, unwired networks, and syndicated properties.
Prior to Marlin, Hoffman worked as a sales executive at CBS Cable. In
addition, Hoffman has over six years of experience on the Agency side,
working as a National Broadcast buyer at Bozell Jacobs, and McCann Erickson
Worldwide. Mr. Hoffman started his career as a Media Planner at Sattchi
& Saatchi Worldwide. He graduated from The Park School of Communications
at Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Television & Radio.
Brian S. Silver
Vice President, Operations
Brian Silver joined MaxOnline in June 2002 as a consultant to help facilitate
the merger between L90 and DoubleClicks Media business. In September
2002, Brian joined the MaxOnline management team full-time as Vice President
of Operations and continues to evolve and optimize our products and services.
In this capacity, Brian oversees business development, inventory management
and publisher relations, campaign management, and product development.
Prior to MaxOnline, Brian worked as a Product Manager for NOVO Media Group,
now Semaphore Partners, and developed large-scale websites for clients
like General Motors and Procter & Gamble. Before the interactive world,
he spent 11 years in the operations of manufacturing facilities. Brian graduated Lehigh University with a Bachelor
of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
Peter Foster
Vice President, West Coast Sales
Peter Foster has been with MaxOnline since September of 1999. Peter currently
oversees MaxOnline's West Coast Sales and Marketing operations. During
his tenure, Peter has been instrumental in helping markets like Seattle,
LA and San Francisco contribute heavily to the remarkable growth of online
advertising. Prior to MaxOnline, Peter managed multi-market newspaper
ad campaigns for Metro Sunday News and worked for Primedia in magazine
ad sales for their technology publication MicroTimes.
Craig Swerdloff
Vice President, Email List Services
Craig Swerdloff joined MaxOnline from eBrokers, a Boston-based email brokerage company, which he owned. Before that, he spent six years with 24/7 Media, where he played an important role in growing their regional business. Mr. Swerdloff began as Director of Sales for 24/7 Media's Chicago office; he then opened their Atlanta office and eventually moved to Boston as Director of Sales for the northeast and southeast regions.
