Registration Reception Begins at 3:30

Players are seated between 5:00 and 5:30

Tournament is from 5:30 – 8:30

Awards will be at 9:00 pm in “The Club”

Players will pay $250.00 for a seat in the tournament. Each player will receive $1,000.00 in chips. The player with the most chips at 8:30 wins.

Players will be provided with Hors d’oeuvres and drinks prior the tournament commencing. First hands will be dealt at 5:30 pm, with initial ante of $25.00 & $50.00. Minimum ante will be raised approximately every 20-30 minutes to accelerate completion of tournament

Players will be moved from Table 6 to Table 5, etc., until only Table 1 (the final table) is being utilized. Tournament will end of 2030 hours. If two or more players are left at that time, overall winner will be determined by chip count.

Prizes will be awarded inside “The Club”, while the band is on break.

First Prize: A Party Suite at The Orleans Arena (event to be determined)

Includes: A King’s Package from Richard Petty Driving Experience and a Checkered Flag Experience from Mario Andretti Racing School

Third Place Prize: Golf Twosome each month for a year at Aliante Golf Club.

Sponsorship opportunities include: 1) $5,000 for event sponsorship (4 seats at tournament plus branding for entire event); 2) $1,500 for table sponsorship (4 seats at table plus signage); 3) $2,000 for Banquet (4 seats at tournament, plus signage at Hors d’oeuvres area); and 4) $3,000 for final table sponsorship (4 seats at table plus signage). Additional recognition would be provided during final rounds of play since winners from other tables would be moved to this table.
