Notice to the Press January 2, 2001 Secretary of State Madeleine K. Albright to Address Foreign Service Institute On Thursday, January 4, 2001, Secretary of State Madeleine K. Albright will address the Foreign Service Institute community at 10:30 a.m. at the National Foreign Affairs Training Center Auditorium, 4000 Arlington Boulevard, Arlington, VA. There will not/not be a question period after Secretary Albright's remarks. Secretary Albright's remarks will be open for press coverage. Press should enter the National Foreign Affairs Training Center through the Visitors' Center, 4000 Arlington Boulevard, Arlington, VA. Doors will be open for all press from 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. Press covering this event must have either (1) a U.S. Government press ID (U.S. Department of State, White House, Department of Defense, Capitol Hill, or Foreign Press Center), (2) a media-issued photo ID card, or (3) a letter on official letterhead from their news organizations verifying their employment as a journalist, accompanied by a photo ID (valid driver's license or passport).
