When I tell others that I work at home, they look at me like I just said I don't work at all. To start this business, moms only need to have a few basic skills. One, a passion for candy and chocolates, design skills, creative ideas for the designs of the wrappers. You can market the candy wrappers for birth announcements, invitations, wedding, conferences, parties, special occasions and promotions.

Idea 2: If You're Good with Words, Copywriting Can be an Amazing and Lucrative Business for You.

Do you have a way with words and can you write good copy. Copy means write ups that people use for advertisements, packaging, brochures, flyers and other marketing collateral. You don't need a lot to start your own copywriting business. In fact, all you probably need are the things that you have right now. Your small business can take off any time now! Just your computer, Internet access, a dictionary, a thesaurus and maybe a good organizer to help you organize your time. Copywriting is a wonderful business to start because your product is your brain, your ideas in words.

Ideas 3: Starting an Ebay Business is Also a Good Small Business Idea

Ebay, as an introduction, is a website that allows buyers and sellers to get together to buy and sell things to and from each other. If you don't like the idea of having your own website and are lazy in promoting it, then starting a small business through ebay could be the solution. All you need is an Internet connection, a computer, a digital camera and some products that you can sell.

For a start, look into your closet and pull out some of the things you think you can sell, take pictures of it and then sign up as an ebay seller. Start selling.

Idea 4: Like to Shop? Why Not Start a Small Business Being a Mystery Shopper?

Some large multinational companies and brands hire mystery shoppers to snoop on their own business. This is not because they don't trust their own business but it's because their company is so large that it's almost impossible to ensure that ALL OF THEM actually deliver according the corporate guidelines.

So, what's a large multinational company to do? Hire shoppers to go undercover, of course. The qualifying point for this work is high but if you succeed, you could have fun shopping for free all the time. A wonderfully exciting small business, if you ask me.
