Can I place a Gift Order?
You can purchase a Gift Certificate by clicking on "Gift Certificates" on our Home Page. You can also choose to have items gift wrapped and include a gift card. Gift orders include a packing slip, but the prices are not displayed.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
Our goal is to get your order to you quickly. Orders are shipped the same day or the next business day after they are placed (Saturdays, Sundays and Legal Holidays excluded). Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd day air or UPS next day air. You can choose your preferred method during the ordering process and the appropriate charges will be displayed. In the event the item(s) you order are on backorder, we will notify you and include an estimated shipping date. Items that are available will be shipped immediately, and you will have the option to cancel any backordered items. We make every effort to ship multiple items in one package, however if we need to send multiple packages, you will not be charged for additional shipping costs.
Can I split up an order for delivery to multiple addresses?
At the moment, we can only accommodate one shipping address per order. To send items to multiple address, you will have to place multiple orders.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
State law requires AmazingToyStore.com to collect 5% sales tax on orders shipped to Massachusetts addresses. If your order is being shipped to any other state, there is no sales tax charged.
What are my shipping options?
The AmazingToyStore ships all packages via UPS - Ground, 2nd Day Air or Overnight. We offer you the choice, and applicable shipping charges are displayed during the ordering process.
Sorry, UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or legal holidays.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO & P.O. Boxes?
We ship to all of the above except P.O. boxes.
Does The Amazing Toy Store ship orders internationally?
The Amazing Toy Store currently ships within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.
What information will I receive about my order?
We will send you an order confirmation via e-mail confirming shipment of your order.

Shipping Options and Charges
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd day air or UPS next day air. Choose your preferred method to see the shipping charge on your order form.
Delivery Time
Orders are shipped the same day or the next business day after they are placed. Orders shipped via UPS Ground should arrive in 3 to 5 business days. 2nd day air orders should arrive in within 2 days, and next day air orders should arrive the next day. Keep in mind that UPS does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, so if you place a 2nd day air order on a Saturday, it should get to you by Wednesday.
Sales Tax
A 5% sales tax will be added for orders shipped to Massachusetts.
Returns
Your satisfaction is guaranteed for every purchase. You may return any unused item in its original packaging (suitable for resale), for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee charged to us by our distributor. Please email The Amazing Toy Store at assistance@amazingtoystore.com to request a Return of Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please include the following information in your email.
(1) Order number (2) Product number and/or product name (3) Reason for return (4) Return for replacement, exchange, or refund.
When shipping your return, please write the RMA# on the packing slip along with the reason for your return. Please allow 15 business days from the time the item is received to process a refund. Place the slip in the carton, and wrap the package securely. Please include the RMA# on the return label as well.
