Work at Home Distractions

The list of work at home distractions can be endless Computer games, the Price is Right, that book you've been meaning to finish, your warm bed. These and other distractions can be powerful pulls away from your intended agenda. If you find yourself straying from your plan, start a time log. How much time do you spend lost in distraction? Is there a pattern of activities that calls to you? What about the time of day? Do you find that you consistently lose focus in the afternoon?

Once you have an idea of what the problem looks like, decide on your approach. If you are sure that you have chosen the right work at home venture, look at other factors.
