Other points worth
noting:
- The Kinerase daily regimen is Dermatologist
recommended to help optimize professional skin care results for pre and
post treatment. Use in combination with microdermabrasion, chemical
peel, Botox, Photofacials and other treatments.
- The American Cancer Society recommends daily
sunscreen application with a minimum of SPF 15 sun protection.
- After using for approximately 3 months,
you may wish to return to your Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon for a
professional follow-up evaluation and skin analysis.
- Makeup can be applied immediately after you apply
Kinerase Cream, Lotion or Kinerase with SPF 15.
- Well recognized makeup artists recommend
preparing skin for optimal makeup application by first applying Kinerase.
- Does not cause photosensitivity (sensitivity to
the sun). However, avoiding sun exposure is highly recommended for those
with sun-damaged skin who want to prevent UV damage.
Our product is extremely gentle. In fact, physicians
recommend it for people with dry and sensitive skin, those with
conditions such as rosacea and eczema, and those who cannot tolerate
retinoids. Because of its gentle nature, and is also ideal for
those who have undergone a cosmetic procedure such as laser resurfacing
or microdermabrasion. If it's gentle enough for those kinds of skin, you
can be sure that it's gentle enough for yours.
Kinerase leaves skin
feeling moist and smooth.
Improves Barrier
Function* by as much as 25%
Trans Epidermal Water Loss (TEWL) studies were conducted at
the University of California, Irvine, following methods similar to those
used in studies of 0.05% tretinoin cream. This is a noninvasive
procedure using the ServoMed Evaporimeter.
*Barrier function refers to the skin's ability to retain moisture. This
is the way the skin protects itself from becoming overly dry. As we age,
the skin's ability to retain moisture naturally decreases. The test
results detailed in the chart above show that after 12 weeks of Kinerase
use, the skin was able to retain moisture by an additional 15%. After 24
weeks helped improve barrier function by 25%.
Gentle enough for most people-even
those with rosacea, eczema, and dermatitis.
Provides hydration with minimal
irritation.
Irritation Is Minimal With Kinerase and was
tested against Cetaphil™. As you can see from the results below, more
patients experienced irritation on the Cetaphil™ side than on the
Kinerase side. Gentle, non-irritating moisturization is crucial after
dermatological procedures such as microdermabrasion, laser resurfacing,
and chemical peels because the skin is especially sensitive. So if
Kinerase is shown to be gentle enough after procedures such as these,
you can trust it to be gentle enough for your skin.
Immediately following full-face microdermabrasion, patients (n = 30)
were asked to rate the levels of irritation of Kinerase and Cetaphil™
after applying each product to one side of their face. Two patients
experienced irritation on the Kinerase side compared with five on the
Cetaphil™ side.

Can be used by
those who are sensitive to or cannot tolerate retinoids.
