Critical Illness Life Insurance
Critical Illness Life Insurance Cover will cover you in case you contract an illness that will stop you being able to work and support your family. This does not mean that illness has to be fatal, just that you will be incapacitated.
Critical Illness Life Insurance will pay out a lump sum on the diagnosis of an illness that is specified on your policy. You must remember that you will only be cover for illnesses that are on your Insurance Company’s list of critical illnesses. These illnesses will include Cancer, heart attacks and heart surgery, kidney failure, major organ transplants, multiple sclerosis and strokes.
You can take out Critical Illness cover in a number of ways, you could insure yourself with a stand alone policy or as an add on to your Whole Life Insurance Policy, Term Insurance Policy or Endowment Policy, therefore covering you for most events.
