How do I place an order?
At LogoTree, whether or not this is the first time ordering online, we provide a simple,
easy to follow process for our clients. Just follow the 4 steps detailed below.

STEP 1 - Choosing a Logo Package.
To Begin you must first choose one of our competitively priced Logo Design Packages.
If you need help deciding which logo package best suits your specific needs and budget
or if you need a tailored package, please do not hesitate to Contact Us for any inquiries
you may have.

STEP 2 - Online Form.
Once you have chosen a logo design package, you will need to fill out our online information form (this form will appear once you clicked the "Order This Package" icon). This form will require you to provide your contact information and provide answers to ‘creative questions’ to enable us to better design your logo. Please note that all information retrieved from these forms will be kept strictly confidential and are not shared with any third party.

STEP 3 - View Possible Add-on Features.
Once you have completed the online form, you will be presented with additional add-on features that you can included with your order. These include; animated logos, slogan design, black and white logos for faxing, camera-ready artwork, logo font and having your files shipped on CD. You are not obliged to order any of these add-on features. Should you require any information explaining the benefits of these add-on features, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.

STEP 4 - Process of Payment.
We accept various forms of payment. We accept credit card payment by telephone, and certified checks and money orders by post. Please note that full payment must be received prior to work commencing on your order. During this step a form will be provided in order for you to indicate which method of payment you prefer.

Once all the above mentioned steps have been completed, we will process your information and contact you by telephone to confirm your order. Once your payment has been received, our designer’s will then begin creating your new logo design.
