General
By accessing VacationTimeshareRentals.com (owned and operated by Vacation Timeshare Rentals, LLC), the user is deemed to have agreed to comply with and be bound by all of the terms and conditions hereof.

User Conduct
1. The user shall use the website for lawful purposes only when looking for a timeshare to buy, rent and purchase. User shall not post or transmit through this website any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law, or which, without Vacation Timeshare Rentals' express prior approval, contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to services. Any conduct by a member that in Vacation Timeshare Rentals' discretion restricts or inhibits any other member from using or enjoying the website will not be permitted, and may result in revocation of membership without issuing a refund.

2. A Member may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part. The user may download copyrighted material for the user's personal use only. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without the express permission of Vacation Timeshare Rentals and the copyrighted owner. In the event of any permitted copying, redistribution or publication of copyrighted material, no changes in or deletion of author attribution, trademark, legend or copyright notice shall be made.

3. The User shall not upload, post or otherwise make available on the website any material protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark or other proprietary right and the burden of determining that any material is not protected by copyright rests with the User. The User may upload public domain materials and is responsible for and assumes all risks with respect to the determination of whether materials uploaded are in the public domain. User shall be solely liable for any damages resulting from any infringement of copyrights, proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from such submission. User hereby grants Vacation Timeshare Rentals, the right to copy, publish, and distribute any material made available on VacationTimeshareRentals.com by the user, including but not limited to any material posted by the user on the website's pages and any email queries submitted by the User to Vacation Timeshare Rentals.

4. By using this site, the User realizes that any email sent to timeshare owners may be used for VacationTimeshareRentals.com marketing promotions only.  The user may at any time send us an email stating they he/she be taken off this marketing list.  The marketing list is only used via our website and is never sold or otherwise made available to third parties. 

5. By using this website the User understands that the information provided by any timeshare owner in the advertising of their timeshare should be viewed at the User's own risk.  Vacation Timeshare Rentals, LLC does not guarantee that any information provided by an advertising timeshare owner is accurate or correct.  Vacation Timeshare Rentals, LLC will not be held liable for any false or misleading information provided by an advertising timeshare owner.  If a User believes any information provided by a timeshare owner to be false or misleading, they should report it to Vacation Timeshare Rentals, LLC immediately.

Refunds
If a user lists his/her timeshare and later changes their mind for any reason, we will offer a full refund (minus a transaction fee that is equivalent to 2.35% of the listing fee) with no questions asked as long as it occurs within 3 days of posting the timeshare.  The same policy is in effect for updating a timeshare's expiration date (renewals).  No refund will be offered after 3 days to avoid any possible abuse of the refund policy.

Monitoring
Vacation Timeshare Rentals shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of this website, including pages, and messages to determine compliance with this Agreement and any operating rules established by Vacation Timeshare Rentals.  Vacation Timeshare Rentals shall have the right in its sole discretion to refuse to post or remove any material submitted to or posted on this website. Without limiting the foregoing, Vacation Timeshare Rentals shall have the right to remove any material that it finds to be in violation of the provisions hereof or otherwise objectionable, and the additional right to deny any User who fails to conform to any provision of this User's Agreement access to this website. Removal or refusal to post materials submitted will be at the sole discretion of Vacation Timeshare Rentals.

It is the sole responsibility of any person viewing or relying on information found at this Internet site to verify the accuracy of any information contained therein. Vacation Timeshare Rentals suggests that all potential renters or their agents confirm all the terms of the proposed transaction (or other accommodations agreement) in writing in advance of the transaction. Vacation Timeshare Rentals cannot and does not control whether or not a member completes a timeshare rental. Vacation Timeshare Rentals does not take responsibility for, nor can it guarantee the success or failure of timeshare rentals (or other accommodations agreements) that result from the use of this system.

Limitation of Liability
Your use of the VacationTimeshareRentals.com web site and its contents is at your own risk. If Vacation Timeshare Rentals is unable to provide the promised level of service for any reason, including, but not limited to, negligence, service outages, acts of God, neither Vacation Timeshare Rentals, nor any individual associated with Vacation Timeshare Rentals can be held liable for any costs beyond the actual cost paid by the client for their services (listing cost). Changing Terms
