Quality Label for Swiss Tourism
The "Quality Lavel for Swiss Tourism" programme is supported by all major Swiss tourism associations. Establishments distinguished by the "Quality label for Swiss Tourism" make special efforts to safeguard and improve the quality of service for their guests. The quality programme includes three levels.
Quality Label Level II
The Quality Label Level II involves regular checking of the establishement's management quality. Furthermore, good quality is continuously monitored and enhanced by guest and staff surveys as well as by evaluations effected by a mystery guest.
