How does your credit score rate?

Do you want to know how your credit score stacks up against the average American or even most Americans? It's surprising, but most Americans have good credit. In my humble opinion, you need at least a 680 to easily qualify for a mortgage and a 700+ score to get the best unsecured credit cards. I wish I could show you the distribution of the curve, but you will have to make due with the numbers.
