Office of Commissary and Recreation Affairs

The Office of Commissary and Recreation Affairs was established in 1983 to provide oversight and support to employee associations overseas. The Office is staffed with an Operations Team and an Accounting Team. Our outreach programs include on-site assistance, training conferences, trade shows, accounting support, an annual awards program, and a periodic newsletter.
