We invite you to register with Online Customer Care. This service allows you to:
- View Your Bill
- Process Payments Online
- Order Online Products and Services
- Manage email accounts
To register on Online Customer Care, you will need your Shaw Account Number found on your first Shaw bill.
Your Email Address
When moving to Shaw services, you will need to change your email address from username@monarch.net to username@shaw.ca. You will receive an email shortly which will provide instructions on how to set up your new Shaw email address.
Your Webspace Address
If you maintain webspace, you will need to change your username from members.monarch.net/username to members.shaw.ca/username. You will receive an email shortly which will provide instructions on how to set up your new Shaw webspace username.
Your Bill
In the short term, you may receive your regular Monarch bill and can make cheques payable to Monarch until your first Shaw bill arrives. Your first Shaw bill will contain information on how to pay your Shaw bill. Please note: customers who currently pay bills online or through telephone banking will need to update this process with your new Shaw account number (found on your first Shaw bill).
