Once we receive the correct paperwork it goes out the next business day by regular mail or same day by federal express.

No! International drivers licenses permit are valid in countries such as Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean where passports are not even required for non-business travel. Once you receive your international drivers license permit  you can write in the passport number on the international drivers license (permit) after receiving your license back from us.  Please use black ink.

What form does an international drivers license permit come in? 
International drivers license permit are issued in booklet form. There are translation pages inside. The translation pages are the reason international drivers licenses permit were created. Plastic identification cards licenses are not acceptable.  Your picture is required to be on the inside.
