To enter simply enter your email address and then click on the "Subscribe" button.  The Draws are made every month starting June 1st, 2002.  Limit one (1) entry per person, duplicate and successive entries will be void. All email addresses entered must be valid or will be void. All entries become the property of Andreoni.com, Inc. Andreoni Inc. is not responsible for lost, late, incoherent, incomplete, misdirected, any electronic miscommunications or failures, technical hardware or software failure of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate in the draw.

Eligibility:

ALL ENTRANTS AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE OFFICIAL DRAW RULES.

This contest is open to any legal resident of the United States and Canada(excluding U.S. possessions, territories, and overseas military installations). All entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older to be eligible for this Draw. Minors under the age of 18 may enter the Sweepstakes with the permission of, and under the name of, their parent or legal guardian who will be the official entrant of the Draw. Employees of Andreoni.com, Inc., and members of their immediate families (mother, father, sister, brother, grandmother, grandfather) and members of their households are not eligible to enter the Draw. Only entrants logging onto the internet from the United States and Canada are eligible to enter the Draw. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Andreoni.com, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry if it concludes that the entrant has tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Draw or has acted in violation of the official rules or any applicable federal , state, or local laws or regulations.

Winner Selection:

The winners will be selected in a single random drawing on the dates described above. Odds of winning each prize are determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email. Andreoni.com will attempt to contact winners via email a maximum of three (3) times within five (5) business days of the drawing. If winners do not respond within two (2) business days of the final contact attempt, Andreoni.com will conduct a new random drawing, the winner of which will receive the corresponding prize. This process will continue until either all prizes have been awarded or no valid entries remain, whichever occurs first.

Prize:

Various prizes are determined for each month. Prizes are announced on the first day of each month.

All taxes, shipping and incidental expenses not mentioned herein are the responsibility of the winner. No substitutions are allowed. Winner should allow one (1) to two (2) weeks for shipment of prize.

General Conditions and Releases:

By entering the Draw, entrants release and hold harmless Andreoni.com, Inc., from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death or property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. By entering the Draw, entrants and winners consent to the use of their names, addresses, likeness and any statements they make in connection with the Draw or about Andreoni.com without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Andreoni.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel this Draw at any time, for any reason including but not limited to computer virus, bug, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or other technical problem, security, or other problems or activities. In the event of cancellation, Andreoni.com reserves the right to award the prize in a random drawing from all entries received prior to the time of cancellation.
