The Product Manager will work with customers, sales team and product engineering to develop, organize and execute world class product/market strategies for JABSCO World Wide's speciality products. Target markets include the flexible impeller and engine cooling segments in the marine division.

Responsible for all engineering that includes design, prototype, electrical, propulsion, plug making, etc.

Oversee this 2-shift, 250 employee aluminum boat production line.

Responsbilites include working with the design department, R&D, Tooling; preparing customer service documentation; preparing manufacturing documentation; and supporting the manufacturing line on a daily basis.

Oversees and manages all areas of the QA Department including that the quality assurance/control program is carried out in accordance with established standards.

Responsible for overseeing brand line model from new product design inception thru implementation. .

Working knowledge of FRP. Ability to manage and supervise a large two shift operation. Strong interpersonal, oral and writing skills. Successful track record. Computer literate with knowledge of AS400, MSWord and Excel, Lotus Notes and manufacturing software.

Data entry of OEM orders, monitoring order progress through manufacturing,customer liason for shipping and order status.

Responsible for the design, analysis, evaluation, coordination and implementation of mechanical systems from styling through production
