New Harlem Line Timetable Effective December 5
Port Jervis Line Busing Update
CityTicket Holiday Suspension, Nov. 20, 2004-Jan. 2, 2005
New Harlem Line Timetable Effective December 5 This change is in response to your requests for a review of the previous schedule issued October 31. While we adjusted equipment assignments and train routing, and fixed cars that were damaged and out of service due to "slip slide" conditions, there continued to be issues of reliability (e.g. the timeliness with which trains pass through White Plains Station in the AM Peak). We determined that a new schedule should be issued to improve the reliability of your commute.
Port Jervis Line Busing Update There will be no busing on Wednesday, November 24, Thursday, November 25 and Friday, November 26 due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Beginning Tuesday, November 30, and continuing for approximately two weeks, bus service will replace the 10:07 AM and 11 58 AM trains from Otisville to Port Jervis, and the 11:32 AM and 1:31 PM trains from Port Jevis to Otisville.
CityTicket Holiday Suspension, Nov. 20, 2004-Jan. 2, 2005 CityTicket is a pilot program for Saturday and Sunday travel within the city limits--between Manhattan and the Bronx on Metro-North and between Brooklyn or Manhattan and Queens on Long Island Rail Road. Your ride will be fast, comfortable, and convenient, and the cost is only $2.50 for single-direction one-way travel.
