Enrollment
Please give us a call to enroll in a Rainbow Songs program. Our phone number is 416-535-5247. If you get our voice mail, please leave your name, the class you would prefer, and your phone number, and we will call you back as soon as we can to let you know if there is space available.

Once you have registered, you will need to send in your payment to reserve your spot. Payments can be postdated to the first day of class and should be made payable to Rainbow Songs Inc. If we do not receive your payment before the first class, your spot may be given to someone on the waiting list.

Cost
The cost for Rainbow Songs classes is $12.50 per class when enrolling in an entire session. You may join a class after its start date and pay a prorated cost of $12.50 per class for the remaining classes in a session. To come to one class as a drop-in (space permitting), the cost is $15.00. Please call beforehand to make sure there is room in the class in which you wish to participate.

Siblings attending the same class receive a 25% discount on the second registration.

Refunds
Each session has a withdrawal deadline before the session begins. If you withdraw before the deadline, you will receive a full refund. If you withdraw after the deadline, your refund will total the cost of the remaining classes minus a $25.00 administration fee. For each session's deadline, please see the individual session schedule.

Sick Policy and Makeup Classes
Our sickness policy: If your child has a fever, a rash, is vomiting or has pink eye, please do not bring them to class. These are the signs that your child is probably contagious and could infect other people in the class. If your child does have any of the aforementioned symptoms you should visit your doctor and they will tell you when it would be safe to be around other kids. People should also follow good hand washing protocols and wash their hands after contact with other people. If these simple protocols are followed there is little risk of infections spreading.

Makeup classes: If you miss a class or two you may make the class up at another time or location during the same session to a maximum of two classes per session (space permitting). Please check the current schedule for locations and times of all our classes. Please call us at 416-535-5247 to let us know the time and location of the class to which you want to come, and we will confirm if there is room available in that class. Full classes cannot accommodate people doing make up classes.

Missed classes from past sessions cannot be applied to current sessions.
