You pay for the apartment, although we do have a maximum limit of people who can stay in each apartment.
check-in
15:00 check-in and 11:00 check out. Upon availability and previous notice we can allow an earlier check-in time.
The price includes?
You pay one flat rate, no extras for electricity or gas etc. All linen and towels are provided by us. Just bring yourselves
Breakfast?
We do not provide breakfast as a standard, but you have a fully equipped kitchen.There are many restaurants near your apartments so you are spoilt for choice.
Elevators?
As it is the old town there are no lifts. We do have 1st and ground floor apartments if you are unable to climb the stairs

Yes all apartments are in the centre of Prague
Pets
You may bring a pet but will be charged if it causes any damage.
Amount of people in and apartment
Studio apartment: 2 people, 1 bedroom apartment: 2-4 people, 2 bedroom apartment: 4-6 people, Large apartments: 6-7, Superior apartments: 6.
Pick up service
We can arrange transport for up to 4 people from the airport for 650 CZK (22 EURO). If there is a need, we can also arrange the same service from the train and bus stations.
Payment
You pay on arrival by credit card or in cash. If you are a Polish Company we also accept a bank transfer.
Check in
Check in after 15:00. We try and get the apartments ready for you as quickly as possible although on busy days the cleaners may be still there if you arrive early. You can leave your bags in our office if you arrive in the morning and your apartment is not ready. You can either come to our office and then go to the apartment or phone us and arrange a time to meet at your apartment door.
How to make a reservation?
Through our web site submission form, e-mail, phone or fax. You will be asked for a credit card number, this details are just for the booking purpose, to secure your reservation
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and our clients fail to inform us about their decision to cancel their stay in our apartments prior to seven days before their arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The details below are maximum penalties; if possible we prefer to ask for mild compensation, as often we are able to fill the places, the only case we are strict in is no show. The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from the credit card.
In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.

Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 1 night charge
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: whole stay charge
- Bookings for 4-7 nights
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: charge 30 % of your whole stay
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: charge 50 % of your whole stay
- Bookings for more than 7 nights
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 3 nights charge
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 7 nights charge
- Bookings for 1 month and more
Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 14 to 5 days before arrival: 7 nights charge
Cancellation 5-0 days before the arrival: 14 nights charge
