| Order
Fulfillment: |
Your merchandise usually reaches you within 3-10
business days, UPS ground takes longer the further you are from the Big
Apple, unless an express delivery method is selected. NYC WebStore can't
always guarantee availability of products; so if your order contains an item
not immediately available or delayed in arriving at our shipping department,
we notify you via email. Standard delivery orders go via United Parcel
Service ground service. Once we ship your order, UPS directly emails you with your UPS tracking
number allowing you to visit the UPS website
to check your status. If the tracking shows the package
out for delivery and doesn’t arrive at the usual UPS delivery time, it maybe
because a UPS person is sick and another truck will show up later than usual.
Normally we will
wait a few days, if necessary, to ship all parts of your order at the same
time. If the wait for one part of the order will take more than a few days
to fulfill we will ship the first part and then ship the second part without
additional shipping charges unless instructed otherwise. Orders using next
day delivery will be informed as to the status of the order components. |
| Credit Card
Payments: |
We do not charge your credit card until your order
is ready for shipping. Credit card information is encrypted during
transmission to us and then stored for only a few hours. When we issue a refund
we do it through the credit card clearing house, which keeps your
information on their extra secure servers. |
| Return/Exchange
Policy: |
We will refund your
credit card account for any items not meeting your satisfaction. The item
MUST be returned to NYC WebStore within 30 days of the shipping date in
unworn and perfect condition. Please note that customized items are
purchased with an "absolutely no return policy" and will not be accepted
back. Returns must be shipped back prepaid and insured with the package
securely wrapped. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is
non-refundable. We will try our best to make things right.
If you ordered a clothing item that does not fit, we
will be glad to make an exchange of the same item for a different size or
color. No store credit is available.
We promptly refund your credit card upon receipt of
the returned items and you will receive an email confirmation. We will then
charge you for the new items when they are ready to ship.
If an order is incorrect, we will exchange items
and we will pay for shipping both ways via ground UPS. Please contact us
immediately if you receive an incorrect order (incorrect, not incomplete) so
we can expedite the correction. |

Returns or cancellations of orders receiving quantity discounts
will incur a 50% restocking fee. |

order and registration process - is used solely for understanding and
