Door to Door Service Available

You Have the Fun, We'll do the Driving!

We offer airport transfers, private charters and tours. Our fleet is comprised of new luxury vans, VIP minibuses, SUV's. Our vehicles have two-way radios for communication with Central Dispatch. We also charter limousines & motor coaches. Airport meet & greet service is available.
Our drivers are reliable, professionally uniformed, SAFETY trained and provide excellent Customer Service for a comfortable & fun mountain experience.

No group is too small or too large for our expert transportation coordinators to organize. Special group rates are available.

Airport Transfers

Reservations are required by 3:00 pm the prior day
24 hour cancellation required

Standard Service

  • On the hour starting at 4 am from the Resort At Squaw Creek (RSC) until 10 pm; and from 6 am to 11 pm from the airport. 
  • We meet our passengers at CAROUSEL #5 in the baggage claim area for Standard Service.

Driver Gratuities: 20% to the final billing

Chartered Services

The following vehicles are available for private charter services:

  • 5 Passenger Luxury Suburban or comparable SUV
    • complimentary beverage service upon request
  • 14 Passenger Vans
  • 21 Passenger Minibuses
  • 47 Passenger Vans
  • Limousines, subject to vendor availability

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for all services must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation to avoid being charged


Local One Way Rate Schedule

ONE WAY RATES APPLY FOR VAN SERVICE, CHARTER RATES APPLY FOR MINIBUSES

Local one-way rate schedule 1 to 10 Passengers

Private Squaw Valley shuttle service is available for up to 21 passengers if the complimentary Valley Shuttle is not convenient for $75 each transfer.
ANY WAIT TIME OVER 15 MINUTES WILL BE CHARGED AT THE RATE OF $45 PER HOUR.


Squaw Valley Service

  • Complimentary Valley Shuttle:
    • This service is provided to all Squaw Valley properties. It leaves the Resort At Squaw Creek on the half hour and the hour starting at 7:30 am until 6:00 pm. It departs Squaw Valley quarter after the hour and quarter 'til the hour at 7:45 am until 6:15 pm.
    • At 6:30 pm the service is "on-call" and runs until 12 midnight every day

YEAR ROUND On-Call Service
from 6:30 pm to Midnight following the same schedule pattern


Tahoe City Service

  • Tahoe City Shuttle:
    • This service departs from the Resort At Squaw Creek (RSC) starting at 12 Noon until 11 pm. Other Squaw Valley guests can take the Valley Shuttle to RSC and then take the Tahoe City Shuttle to Tahoe City. The shuttle leaves the Boatworks Mall starting at 12:30 pm until 11:30 pm. The cost is $5 per person round trip if not a guest at RSC.

PLEASE NOTE: Space is limited. If you have large numbers of people needing any of the above services please call for private charter service.
