Morse Industries New North Carolina Location Growing Rapidly
Kent, WA-based Morse Industries, supplier of rub rail, stainless steel fittings, hardware, tubing and trims, continued its growth trend as first quarter sales at its Charlotte location grew 71 percent compared to the same period last year.
Morse Industries is a privately held company, which has been based on the West Coast for 21 years. The company opened the location in Charlotte, NC in September of 2002 and has seen growth numbers out of that location ever since.
"Charlotte has been a great central location for us. Most of our customers are serviceable within 24 hours by truck delivery," stated Jeffrey Morse, owner and account manager in the Mid-Atlantic region. |

A privately held company, Morse Industries attributes its success to an optimistic economy. "Marine manufacturers are optimistic about sales this year and early signs indicate an economic pickup. As a supplier of boatbuilding components, we feel the anticipation of economic recovery on our bottom line," stated Steve Klein, Director of Marine Business Development at Morse Industries.
With locations in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, and Charlotte, Morse Industries supplies marine boat-building components including rub rail, tubing, railing, hinges, boat top fittings and custom extrusions.
