will it take to recieve my logo samples?
4 business days after payment is accepted.
•How can
I pay for my logo design?
Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, *certified checks and
*money orders are accepted.
* Must be received before work commences.
•How will
I know if my payment is accepted?
One of our representatives will send you a confirmation
via e-mail detailing the package you ordered
and the approval of your payment.
•What happens
if I am not satisfied with the initial logo design
samples?
If you are not satisfied with the initial
logos, we will create 4 new logos for you to
chose from. We will continue to do so until you
are satisfied.
•How can
I view my logo design samples?
We will contact you via e-mail or telephone
to provide you with a username and password.
You will then be able to view your logo samples
once you login in our client section.
•How manys
changes can I have done to my logo design?
You may have an unlimited amount of changes
to a logo. We will keep working on the
design until you are 100% satisfied.
•Is it possible
to add something to my current logo?
Yes. If you have an existing logo, we can
revamp it. Please ensure to indicate on
t he online form that you currently have a logo.
•What is
the difference between a corporate image and an
illustration?
There is a substantial difference between
Corporate Designs and Illustrated Logos.
Corporate Designs are simple but yet unique and
memorable images that are
highly recognizable from any reasonable distance
and size. An example would
be Nike's "swoosh" and McDonald's "arches".
Illustrated Logos require
more complex artwork. The turnaround for these
types of
logos is 5 business days. The price for Illustration
Logos vary depending on your
needs. Please contact us to get a quotation.
•Do you use
illustrations?
Our packages and prices do not include Illustrated
Logos.
•How will
I recieve my final files?
You will receive your final logo design files
via e-mail. All files are in high resolution
and are provided in both PC and MAC formats.
•Can I have
business cards, letter heads and envelopes with
my new logo design?
Our Enterprise Package provides business cards,
letterheads and envelopes.
