Wahoo 1
The original MV Wahoo 1 is a major tournament winning, custom-built, 48-foot,
twin-engine sportfisher with a Fly Bridge, Spotting Tower, outriggers,
fighting chair and live-bait well. Accommodation consists of 2 x double sleeping
cabins (bunks) - comfortable day cabin with TV/video/stereo - fresh water shower and
flush toilet. Colour sounder/fish finder, G.P.S/plotter, radio and full safety equipment.
Fishing tackle consists of Penn International 20 lb - 30 lb - 50 lb and 80 lb -
plus spinning, popper casting and bottom fishing equipment.
This is not a luxury sportfisher but a reliable, comfortable fishing vessel with an enviable
catch record having won several trophies in international sportfishing tournaments.
