Trattoria del Lupo (restaurant of the wolf), inside Mandalay Bay, is Wolfgang Puck's creative vision of an Italian bistro, paying homage to the classics without being bound by old rules.

Executive Chef and Partner Mark Ferguson describes the cuisine, served in an airy, cafe-like setting, as "Tuscan meets Sicilian." Created with traditional and contemporary influences, Lupo's menu boasts such selections as rigatoni with veal Bolognese, several extremely popular gourmet pizzas, and scampi-style shrimp with risotto of carnaroli rice and crostoni.

The wine list, approved by Puck's master sommelier, starts in Italy and goes around the world, ensuring guests the complete Italian dining experience in a relaxed atmosphere. Private dining rooms and catering are available.
