If your agents require only the most critical queue statistics and
concise text messages, MCK's Tri-Color ACD display with the QView Interface is
the solution for you, so inexpensive that even the smallest contact center will
benefit from the enhanced productivity that it offers. Q-View is designed for
use in a Meridian 1 environment that uses ACD packages such as C, D or Meridian
Max rather than Symposium.
If your agents would benefit from enhanced queue statistics and richer text
messaging and you are currently using Symposium, MCK's new and improved
SkillView is the solution for you. Dollar for dollar, SkillView delivers the
richest capabilities for the lowest price, allowing you to maximize the
productivity of your agents. And since SkillView does not require a dedicated
server, investment is further minimized. And, SkillView enables you to
simultaneously provide up to 10 different messages on 10 different wallboards
throughout your center.

QView enables a call center supervisor to select queue and agent data
directly from the Meridian to be broadcast to specific displays. Agent
queues can be labeled and event thresholds can be set to automatically
trigger display data in a format that gets attention, such as flashing
messaging and audible beeps. QView allows multiple wallboards to be
addressed differently, so call center agents see only the data and queue
information that is pertinent to their work. The solution greatly enhances
call center productivity by alerting agents to specific service needs and
excessive customer wait times and easing the amount of time. Agents who are
motivated to perform will utilize the real-time data QView provides to
maximize returns. QView is easy to install and connects directly to a single
digital line port of a Nortel Meridian 1.
Key Features
- QView emulates a Nortel M2616 supervisor phone, capturing data about
agent performance and converting it into valuable real-time display
data.
- QView is compatible with MCK Tri-Color ACD Displays, 2" and 4" high
wallboards.
- QView supports a wide range of features: flashing text, thresholds
alerts, label queues, reporting on specific agents.
- Optional ACD Messenger for PC allows the supervisor to add text
messaging via a non-dedicated Windows PC.
- Messages can be broadcast to all displays, addressed to a single
unit or sent to a group of displays.
Compatible Voice Systems
- Nortel Meridian® 1 release 15 and higher
Nortel SL-1
