We have a limited supply of these very excellent PARALLEL TAPERED CEDAR arrows
made from a nice batch of 30+ year old Bear shafting that was
discovered at the old Bear Archery facility. Another lucky
supplier got the lions share of this shafting with the original
Bear paint on them. Grrr!!
These that we have had paint in poor condition, so we had them
stripped & refinished and made into excellent intermediate
arrows fletched with 4" feathers and pointed with light
weight recreational extruded field points. There are some with
5" fletching, but only a few dozen. The shaft taper is a
bit odd, from 21/64" down to 9/64", but they made a
nice arrow with 5/16" nocks, and the extruded field points
fit perfectly on the 21/64" end. These are the best
intermediate arrow available. Straightness is excellent, and
they fly really well. The lightweight extruded steel fieldpoint
makes them quite speedy and flat shooting. |

To keep the cost down, they were not spined into groups
before being manufactured into ready-made arrows. We have them
sorted by spine now, but we cannot guarantee very many color
matched dozens. Spines are from 30# - 50#.
Some of you out there may want to do what I have done
and scoop up a batch to rebuild into an exquisite set of aged
cedar arrows with some history behind them. Even stripped and
refinished I'd guess that they have more value than we're
selling them for due to their origin.
We are selling them in either dozens or individually
until they are gone.
When they're gone, that's the end of them!

Our Better
Grade Stock Arrows are Port Orford cedar, stained walnut and
finished with two coats of hard lacquer that resists target
burn. These arrows are weighted and cut to your particular needs
(draw length, bow weight, shooting style). Matched within 20
grains and 5# spine groups. Available in all three feathers the
same color
(see arrow introduction)
for enhanced visual tracking, or the usual odd color cock
feather. Comes with Bohning Classic Index Nock and includes
cutting to your draw length with field points installed (other
point choices by special order).
Choose colors from stock for immediate delivery, or allow 3-4
weeks for special color choices.

Our
Traditional Custom Arrows are plain and unadorned, but more
closely matched within 10 grains or less and very carefully
spined for deflection & cock position. Shafts are Port
Orford cedar walnut stained and sealed with two coats of burn
resistant lacquer. Each set is straightened several times during
the construction assuring you a fine performing set. Includes
Index Nock, cutting to your draw length, precise point
installation & alignment, and feather tips ground for smooth
transition off the shaft. Specify feather cut and fletch &
nock colors. Other shaft woods & styles and painting options
