Step Six - Update and Close Out the Sales Opportunity
As Jane and Mark progress through the sales process, Jane wants to update which stage he is at and insert critical notes. Here’s how she does it:
  1. She clicks on the down arrow on the View button in the Prophet toolbar and selects contacts with Activities.
  2. From this list she selects Mark Sexton which brings up all of the sales activities she has set-up with Mark (currently just the one, but who knows in the future!)
  3. By double clicking on the duplex sales opportunity in the list, the Opportunity Window pops open and she edits accordingly.
When she has completed the process and the duplex closes, she closes out the opportunity using the Won/Loss field and the Reason field in the Opportunity window. It looks like this:
