Mission Statement
The purpose of the Probate Division is to timely process Probate, Guardianship and Mental Health cases in accordance with the Florida statutes, providing our customers with excellent service and prompt access to public records, while maintaining a gratifying workplace that exemplifies superior ethics, fosters mutual respect and cultivates the collective talents of our staff.
