CLASSIFIED AD
REFUND POLICY
West Hawaii Today requires advance payment for classified advertising. We accept AMX, Master Card, Visa, JCB, Diners Club, cash, checks and money orders. If an ad is cancelled prematurely, the advertiser may be eligible for a refund. Credit card charges are refunded directly to the credit card. Cash and check refunds are issued directly to the customer. Refunds of $10 or more will be made by check. Refunds of less than $10 will be made to the customer in cash. The customer must pick up their refund within 30 days of the ad cancellation. The customer may apply a cash refund toward a new ad but it must be used within the 30 day limit. Cash refunds will only be available to the customer for 30 days after ad cancellation.
