Acacia Lodge offers budget accommodation
with both ensuite rooms (private bathroom) and budget rooms
with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities, suitable for students,
contract workers or holiday makers.
All rooms at Acacia Lodge are private
and secure - there are no dorms.
Budget Rooms
feature shared bathroom and kitchen facilities and are ideal
for long stay guests who have a tight budget. These rooms
are in a 2 storey house with 3 bedrooms.
Ensuite
rooms offer private shower
and toilet, air conditioning and direct dial telephone.
These rooms are in a different building from the long stay
rooms. Both
room types have linen and towels provided and are serviced on
a weekly basis.
Location
Acacia Lodge is located in Surry
Hills overlooking spacious Moore Park and is only 10-15 minutes
from Sydney Airport, the historic Rocks area and Sydney Opera
House.
The Sydney Showground and Fox Studios,
Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) Aussie Stadium (formerly Sydney
Football Stadium, SFS) and Moore Park Golf Course are all a
short walk away while a 5 minute cab ride will get you to either.
Kings Cross or Central Railway Station.
Also,
within walking distance (20 minutes) is trendy Oxford Street
which is famous for its cosmopolitan cuisine and nights clubs.
Acacia Lodge also has an excellent selection of restaurants,
cafes, pubs and bars all within 5 minutes walking distance
