1) What is the Connection Card?
We’ve introduced the Connection Card at all our resorts in the U.S. including Bally’s, Caesars, Flamingo, Grand Casinos, Hilton and Paris brand casinos.
Best of all you can earn Connection Comp Dollars for your casino play and for all expenditures charged to your hotel bill. Your Comp Dollars accumulate in one central account and you can spend them wherever you like.
Be sure to insert your card in the slot card-reader or present your card to the dealer every time you sit down to play. Plus be sure your Connection Card account number is applied to your hotel reservation.
We have more choices and the best variety of hotels and restaurants to use your comp dollars than any of the other multi-property players clubs.
2) Do I need to get a new Connection Card at each casino I visit?
No. One card is all you need. Plus, if you have cards from the previous rewards programs (i.e. Emperors Club, Grand Advantage, MVP Card, VIP Card, Gold Star Club, etc.), these cards work exactly like the Connection Card, only the design on the card changed.
To activate your account at a Caesars Entertainment casino you haven’t visited before, simply insert your Connection Card into a slot machine card reader or hand your card to the dealer. Or you can always visit the Connection Center for assistance.
Remember, one card is all you need, but you can collect all the cards if you like.
3) What are Connection Comp Dollars?
You can earn Connection Comp Dollars for slot and table play, plus all expenditures charged to your hotel bill!
Connection Comp Dollars accumulate in one central Connection Comp account and are valid for up to one year.
You can earn and redeem your Connection Comps at every one of our resorts in the US including Bally’s, Caesars, Flamingo, Grand Casinos, Hilton and Paris casinos.
4) Do Connection Comps expire?
Yes, they will expire 13 months from the date you have earned them.
5) How many Connection Comps do I need before I can redeem them?
All you need to earn is a minimum of $5 ($10 in NV) in Connection Comp Dollars to start redeeming. You can see how much you’ve earned each time you insert your card into the slot card reader or by swiping your card at one of our self-serve kiosks (table games players can do this as well).
6) How can I redeem my Comp Dollars?
Visit any Caesars Entertainment casino, stop by a Connection Center, present valid identification and have a comp voucher issued. Present your voucher to any participating outlet, or apply to your hotel folio when you checkout.
Or you can establish a Personal Identification Number (PIN) and “Comp Yourself” at our self-service kiosks. Kiosks are located at various location throughout all our resorts. Please visit a Connection Center and present a valid identification to establish your PIN.
Starting in April 2004, you can view your Connection Comp Dollar balance online with your PIN number. Be sure to establish your PIN at the Connection Center when visiting our casinos.
Comp Dollars cannot be redeemed for online reservations; however they can be applied to your hotel folio when staying at our resorts.
7) Do you have Cash Back?
Yes. When in Las Vegas, you can earn points for slot play at any one of our Las Vegas resorts (Bally's, Caesars Palace, Flamingo, Paris, and Las Vegas Hilton) which are combined into one central account and can be redeemed for Cash Back at any of our Las Vegas casinos.
Cash back rewards earned at any of our casinos outside of Las Vegas can be redeemed only at that specific resort.
Cash Point balances are currently not available on-line.
8) How do I earn Connection Comps for expenditures charged to my hotel bill?
We give you a 3% rebate for what you spend for hotel rooms, restaurants, entertainment and participating retail (excluding items that are comped). All you have to do is stay at one of our resorts and, sign-up for a Connection Card.
To get the most out of this rebate, be sure to charge all of your food, beverages, entertainment and even participating retail (Caesars Entertainment owned shops) to your room. You can even charge these items to your room when visiting a sister resort (within the same area*) that you're not staying at. For example, stay at Bally’s in Las Vegas, have a nice dinner at Nero’s in Caesars Palace and charge your bill back to your room at Bally’s. It’s that simple!
Approximately 30 days after your visit, we'll calculate the rebate and deposit that amount into your Connection Comps account (adding to the comp balance you may already have). All comp dollars are redeemable at any of our resorts.
No other casino offers this reward!
Hilton Honors members can choose either Hilton Honors points or the Connection Card Hotel reward.
*Cross property charging not available at our Atlantic City resorts.
9) Are table games players included?
Yes. Although table players don’t earn points for cash back, you can earn Connection Comp Dollars for your table games play. These comp dollars accumulate with the comps you earn from slot play and expenditures charged to your hotel bill.
Be sure to hand your card to the dealer every time you sit down to play. As a way to feel secure that your play is being tracked, you can ask the Table Supervisor what length of time and average bet has been recorded before you leave.
To view your Connection Comp balance, simply insert your card into a slot card reader, or go to the Connection Center for assistance. The Connection Center at all our properties can also redeem your comps whenever you’re ready.
10) How Do I earn Connection Comps?
There are many factors in the equation. Based on your length of play, average bet, denomination and type of machine you’re playing, Connection Comps will accumulate.
Your Comp Bank balance will reflect all your earnings and comp redemptions across all our resorts.
Be sure to use your card in every machine or present your card to the dealer the entire time you play.
11) My friend and I played next to each other the entire night and he got more Comps than I did. Why is that?
Comps are earned based on a number of factors, including length of play, average bet, and type of machine. In those factors, there’s also pace and coin-in. The way you play is inevitably going to be different from the way your friend plays. No two people play exactly the same.
12) Can I use my Connection Comps at all Caesars Entertainment resorts?
Yes. All 18 resorts in the U.S., including Bally’s, Caesars, Flamingo, Grand Casinos, Hilton and Paris casinos. Simply stop by the Connection Center at the casino you visit and they can issue you your Comp Dollars.
Where you earn your comp dollars and where you spend them is up to you!
Plus, you may have earned additional comps at the resort where you play the most. If you are staying at any of our resorts, be sure to ask for Casino Services or contact a Host. Based on your play, you may qualify for a casino rate or room comp. What you qualify for at each of our resorts will vary.
13) As a Connection Card Member, can I use my Comp Dollars to make reservations?
You can get the best rates, check for availability and book your reservations right on-line, and then you can apply your Comp Dollars to offset or pay for your total hotel bill at the end of your stay.
14) Why can’t I update my Connection Card account information on-line?
At this time we are required to verify your identification in person and only update your account when a valid ID is presented. Please visit the Connection Center at any of our resorts including Bally’s, Caesars, Flamingo, Grand Casinos, Hilton and Paris casinos.
We hope to add website features in the future to allow you to edit your Connection Card account.
15) Why do you give me an Online Password and a PIN number? Aren’t these both the same?
A Personal Identification Number (PIN), can only be established and changed at one of our casinos. Your PIN allows you to view your Connection Comp Bank balance on our website, plus this same PIN number is used to redeem your Comp Dollars at our Kiosks at our resorts. Please understand that all transactions on your Connection Card account require you to present a valid identification. The On-Line Password only allows you to edit your Online Profile account and make reservations.

Points (Cash Back) earned from slot play at our Las Vegas casinos are combined in one central account and you can redeem them at any of our Las Vegas resorts. However Cash Back Points earned from slot play at our casinos outside of Las Vegas are only redeemable at the resort where you earned them.
20) I can get my Connection Comp Dollar balance online, why can’t I view my Points online?

21) I signed up on line and have not received my card in the mail yet.
After signing up on- line we do not send a card in the mail as we need to confirm your identity and date of birth (you must be 21 or older). The next time you visit the casino, stop by the Connection Center and present your identification and pick up your card…it will only take a minute.
22) I lost my card in one of your machines. Can you send me a replacement?
We do not send replacement cards in the mail. All you need to do is to stop by the Connection Center the next time you visit any of our casinos.
