The Juvenile Division of the Clerk of the Circuit Court provides the highest level of service to our customers by accepting and processing cases, documents and fees relating to Juvenile Delinquency cases and Juvenile Dependency cases, while keeping the files confidential and secure.
About the Juvenile Division
This office handles juvenile delinquency cases (violations of criminal law) and juvenile dependency cases (cases of child abuse, neglect or abandonment).
Due to the confidential nature of cases involving juveniles, information will not be given over the telephone. Information regarding juvenile matters will only be made available to the juvenile, the juvenile's parents and/or the juvenile or parents' attorney of record.
For access to information contained in the court file, the person must appear at the Juvenile Office with picture identification.

Appeals on juvenile-dependency cases should be filed in Room 4.12J, Judicial Complex, West Palm Beach, Florida.
