If you have any additional requests on courses or our day trip diving schedule. Then please fill in your details in the "booking speciafications and comment or queries".

We will then send you back an email confirming the receipt of your initial request and contact you again with full details.

On receipt of a receiving a 30% deposit for the specified cruise we will send you a confirmation. The remaining balance of 70% must be paid one month before departure to Colona Diving and Tours Co., Ltd. If we do not receive the balance in time Colona Diving and Tours Co., Ltd retains the right to cancel the booking and resell the spaces.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations can only be acknowledged if received IN WRITING, by fax (+ 66 76 281 385) or by email colonadt@loxinfo.co.th We will not except cancellations by telephone.

Cancellation received 45 Days prior to departure. Deposit returned less bank fee.

Cancellation received less than 45 Days prior to departure. Deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation received less than 20 Days prior to departure. Full cruise price will be charged.

INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that each guest purchases comprehensive accident, medical, baggage and trip cancellation/interruption insurance when space is reserved. Please be advised that if guest chooses NOT to purchase the trip insurance, we will not be responsible for any financial disappointment caused by reasons beyond our control. In the event that it will be necessary for Colona Diving & Tours Co., Ltd. to cancel or interrupt the tour due to weather or mechanical problems there will be no refund.

We also recommend diving insurance.
