The most important meal of the day

To start your day off with a good breakfast, one containing protein, is of utmost importance. Protein is a wonderful blood sugar stabilizer and will get you through to your next meal without a major drop in blood sugar. The brain needs a stable amount of blood sugar to operate fully and if our blood sugar is "yo-yoing" up and down during the day, your brain function will drop dramatically. Do you ever feel down and tired at 3:00 in the afternoon? It's probably a drop in your blood sugar. To prevent this, incorporate a good protein snack at that point of the day in the form of raw nuts or a high quality protein shake.

Instead of grabbing a fast breakfast like a danish or muffin a good suggestion would be to make a quick protein shake consisting of a scoop of Whey or Soy protein powder, 1/4 teaspoon of Coral Calcium and a teaspoon of Mega Greens for the extra antioxidant effect and energy boosting nutrients. Mix this with water or juice and a couple pieces of fresh fruit and you'll be ready to start the day with great energy and brain function.

Something to remember

In today's world with all the pollutants and unhealthy eating habits, our bodies are getting bombarded with toxins of all kinds. A total body detox cleanse twice a year for your kidneys, liver, intestinal tract and blood stream is wise to keep our bodies functioning optimally. Use products such as KB (for the kidneys), LIVR (for the liver), LB (for a lower bowel tonic) and DTOX (for the blood).

Once more, nutrition is the most important factor here. If we make conscious decisions of what we are putting in our mouths, we will have more energy, feel better and our brains will function optimally. Adding the previously mentioned supplements will provide your brain with the nourishment it needs to maintain proper functioning and easily improve your memory. You will achieve great results by supplementing with natural products and "Making Health a Habit"
