Lingerie Bras and Thongs has established a reputation for selection and service. We wish for you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 20 days from receipt of goods to return unworn, intact merchandise. A $5 processing fee will be charged for all returns and exchanges. Shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns must have all tags and nylon fastener attchments in tact. We cannot accept returns of merchandise which has been damaged or whose tags or fasteners have been disconnected, cut or damanged. Garments are carefully inspected before leaving our facility to insure your garment is not damaged when received.

Health regulations prevent us from exchanging thongs and underwear, as well as worn merchandise.  We do recognize that individuals will want to try their garments on to see if they fit, however please remember to wear a liner when trying on an outfit that has a panty bottom.

How to return and exchange an item:

Step 1 - Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

To obtain an RMA number, simply email customer service at service@lingeriebrasandthongs.com. Please provide an explanation for your return request. You will receive an RMA number via email reply within 48 hours. RETURNS MUST HAVE THIS RMA NUMBER CLEARLY PLACED UNDER THE  ADDRESS. We will not accept returned merchandise without an RMA number.

Step 2 - Return your shipment, insured, via the United States Postal Service to the following address:

Step 3 - Returns will be processed within 72 hours of receipt and credited to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase.
