, Chief Executive Previously Head of External Sales for HBOS and was responsible for the strategic direction and management of Intermediary Sales including Partnerships. He is a member of Retail Bank Executive and a director of a number of companies including Halifax Estate Agencies and Rightmove.co.uk.

, Managing Director, joined Intelligent Finance from HBOS Retail in October 2004. Nick was previously Head of Retail Savings where he was responsible for both the Halifax and Bank of Scotland branded products. Prior to joining HBOS, Nick spent eight years in financial services consulting and also worked for the Ministry of Defence.

, Chief Operating Officer, was a core part of the 'Greenfield' project team that launched Intelligent Finance. She joined the bank in October 1999, initially as Product Development Director, and was instrumental in enabling the bank to launch a comprehensive offset product range in a little over one year. Thereafter, she became Director of Business Design & IT and, in this role, she was responsible for all the teams engaged in the provision of support and the delivery of change to the business. Julie was appointed Chief Operating Officer in May 2003.

, Head of Communications for Intelligent Finance, joined the bank in December 1999 to set up and run its Communications area. Heather was previously with Standard Life for 25 years, her final post with them being head of PR. Prior to that she worked with Bank of Scotland.

, Finance Director, joined the bank in 1999 as part of the initial project team. He was appointed as Finance Director in November 2000 and is responsible for the financial and risk management functions. Martin previously worked for Halifax in a range of roles covering strategy & structured finance.

, Head of Human Resources, joined Intelligent Finance in April 2004 and leads the integrated HR and Learning & Development functions. Simon began his career as a Management Advisor in the Industrial Society before joining HBOS as Head of HR for a Retail Division.

, Head of Learning & Development, joined Halifax in November 1999 as a member of the original 'Greenfield' project team to set up what was to become Intelligent Finance. Linda was responsible for ensuring that 1200 staff were trained within 10 weeks and ready for launch! |

, Head of Operations, joined Intelligent Finance in November 1999 as part of the original Greenfield team brought together to launch Intelligent Finance. Since launch Iain has carried out a number of different roles within Administration including Head of Administration and Head of Customer Operations, before being appointed Head of Operations in August 2004 looking after our Sales and Service teams. Iain was previously with Standard Life Bank, Direct Line Financial Services and Royal Bank of Scotland.
