The Meredith Corporation Foundation also has an employee contributions program which includes both a matching gift and a volunteer grant program. The program is designed to encourage our employees and retirees and their spouses to support organizations with their charitable contributions and their volunteerism. We will match their financial gifts and volunteer hours with a contribution made in their name to the nonprofit organization.

Matching Gifts Program
The Meredith Corporation Foundation will match contributions to nonprofit human service or arts organizations and to public education institutions, and will double contributions to private elementary, secondary and post secondary educational institutions. Under this Matching Gifts Program, the total maximum contribution the Meredith Corporation Foundation will make for an individual during on fiscal year is $5,000. The minimum individual gift the Meredith Corporation Foundation will match is $25.

Volunteer Grant Program
Qualified individuals who volunteer a minimum of 20 hours at one agency within the current fiscal year are eligible to apply for a grant to that agency. Matches will range from a minimum of $200 for 20 volunteer hours to a maximum of $500 for 50 or more hours. Volunteer hours should be completed during non-company hours. The total maximum contribution to the Meredith Corporation Foundation will make for an individual Meredith volunteer during the current fiscal year is $5,000, with a limit of $500 per employee per any single agency.
