Hello Ms. Duong Lan Dung,
My apologies for waiting so long after our recent trip to Vietnam to write to you. I hope you were able to collect my wife's comments from the card you provided and which we left at the Horison Hotel.
I wanted to take a moment again to thank you for such a well organized trip. Getting through the visa process was very easy with your assistance. The trip to Halong Bay was beautiful and well worthwhile (even though the weather didn't cooperate for day 2).
Your flexibility in allowing us to change our plans at the last minute was also very much appreciated. Your staff responded so quickly and professionally. Finally, it was very gracious for you to arrange a tour of Hanoi. We had such a wonderful time that our only wish was that we could have spent more time in the country. We hope to return soon.
Thank you very much for your kindness and professionalism. It was a pleasure dealing with you and your staff.

We have just returned from Vietnam. We had a wonderful holiday, the people we met were so friendly and kind. Thankyou very much for your help in organising our flights and our hotels. We had beautiful rooms at the Majestic and at the Saigon Morrin Hotel. We also had great weather – no rain at all. Thankyou for organising the weather too!!!

We have just returned from our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia and wanted to send you our thanks.
We can't say enough about your services, from the drivers and guides to your excellent response time. The itinerary was exceptional and included places that I would have not known about had I tried to plan this trip alone. Your guides were fantastic, especially
Truong Nguyen Manh, our Hanoi guide. They were always on time, well versed in English and a delight to be with.
I would not hesitate to book another tour with you and to recommend to my friends.

We just completed our Transborder - Indochina's World Heritage Sites trip (25 Oct. through 2 Nov.) and it was fantastic. The guides were extremely knowledgeable, the hotels were great and the food was wonderful. The itinerary was executed perfectly, and gave us the right amount of time at each stop. I highly recommend this tour to anybody wishing to visit Vietnam and the Angkor Wat in Cambodia. |
