Hookena students know the routine

With the 150 students of Hookena gathered outside for an assembly Friday morning, several fifth-graders presented a skit to their schoolmates.

Hiilani Medeiros and Kaua Pulotu recited multiplication tables, but Oceana Minthorne stood off to the side, without a partner. Medeiros and Pulotu paused and invited Minthorne to join them in the learning.
